This Funfetti Oreo Brownie Cake is a fun treat for any event because it combines the fun of Funfetti cake with the indulgence of Oreo cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Funfetti cake mix

  • 1 box brownie mix

  • Ingredients required for cake mix eggs, oil, water

  • Ingredients required for brownie mix eggs, oil, water

  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C


Prepare Funfetti cake mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan

These Mini-Burgers are a sweet idea and absolutely addictive because they are so delicious! Perfect for a quick snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 200g ground beef

  • 2 mini burger buns

  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup of diced onions

  • 1/4 cup of lettuce leaves

  • 2 slices of tomato

  • 2 slices of pickles

  • Ketchup and mustard to taste

  • Salt and pepper to season

Instructions:

Warm up a pan or grill on the stove over medium-high heat


Make two equal portions of the ground beef and shape them into small burger patties


Add pepper and salt


Put the burger patties on the grill or pan and cook them for two to three minutes on each side for medium-rare burgers


You can change the cooking time to get the level of doneness you like


In the last minute of cooking, cover the grill or pan and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty


This will let the cheese melt


Toast the mini burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are just barely crispy while the patties are cooking

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix

  • 24 Oreo cookies

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 4 cups powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 12 additional Oreo cookies for decoration

Instructions:

Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put paper liners in a cupcake pan


Follow the directions on the package to make the chocolate cake mix


In the bottom of each cupcake liner, put an Oreo cookie


Cover every Oreo cookie in the liner with the chocolate cake batter that you have already made


After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean
